The hole is already there but Honda no longer threads that hole.

Chain Guide, Factory Edition - Black / CRF110F, 13-Present We've increased the thickness of the aluminum side plates and given it a modern look with see through cutouts. That allows for quick clean out of crud - plus it looks like a modern big-bike style chainguide. The side plates are anodized in black with a silver chamfer and the "BBR" logo is laser etched. Modern, dished flange-head bolts replace the button head allen bolts of the old design. HDPE plastic feeds the chain onto the rear sprocket to prevent tossing the chain. Tossed chains often result in broken engine cases - not to mention lost races.

NOTE: This chainguide is for the OEM CRF110F swingarm. It does not fit any BBR CRF110 swingarm (Super Pro, Super Comp, Super Stock, Stock Comp, ProComp, etc). All BBR swingarms use the CRF/XR50 chainguide for better clearance with the taller swingarm sides.

All new BBR MX style, vertical shock, rear end kit for the 2019, and newer, CRF110F. We went back to the drawing board and completely redesigned the ultimate rear suspension upgrade for your pitbike. The swingarm is machined from 3 solid chunks of billet aluminum that fit together like a puzzle. Two high strength steel dowel pins, along with a press fit, ensure perfect alignment. Two 12mm bolts secure each side. The result is a strong and light swingarm that's survived the worst abuse BBR's test riders could throw at it. The side arms have been computer designed to be stiffer and stronger then any other swingarm we've ever built. That lets the bike track straighter through the whoops and exit turns smoother and more predictably than ever before.

The four piece billet upper shock mount fits 2019 and newer CRF110F's. This upper shock mount lets you choose between stock height, +1", +2", +3", or +4". We spent the last 2 years hammering prototypes and the result is the best upgrade you can make to your CRF110F. We designed CRF110F upper shock mount to sandwich the swingarm pivot area to add strength to an often broken part of the OEM frame. The shock mount also offsets the shock to still allow use of the OEM battery box (trimming of the fender and batterybox is required).

The Elka shock is their lastest Stage 4 design with adjustable compression, rebound, and spring preload. Carson Brown approved valving ensures the best rear suspension on any CRF110 anywhere.

BBR Motorsports, Inc introduces a brand new USD fork for your 110 sized pit bike! Developed in a joint venture with Cobra® Motorcycle, these are the best forks ever made for a pitbike. The fork legs are designed and specially heat-treated for adult riders. Valving and spring rates have also been updated for adults (and fast kids). Carson Brown calls them the best fork he's ever ridden on a pitbike and better then most production big-bike forks.

The triple-clamp is also a brand new BBR exclusive. We started from scratch and designed a modern clamp that adds a bit more flex for a better feel. Using Carson's input we went through dozens of prototypes before the final design was approved and put into production. The clamps and stem are machined from aerospace aluminum right here in the USA. Stem bearings are high quality All Balls Racing® brand.

The front rim is a high-quality aluminum alloy OEM Cobra rim with a wrinkle coated black finish. See the "Optional Products" section below if you want to buy a compatible gloss finish front rim. The front hub is also OEM Cobra with straight pull spokes. The nipples are aluminum spline drive. If you need a spoke wrench they are also avaliable for purchase in the "Optional Products" section below.

The front brake is Cobra/CARD hydraulic disc (205mm). The included brake hose works with most standard super mini handlebars. We have a longer hose available in the "Optional Products" section below if you're running a taller pit bike bar.

Shift Shaft Support & Sprocket Guard - CRF110F
New! Solve your CRF110 shift shaft woes for good. The new BBR Shift Shaft Support & Sprocket guard bolts through 5 flywheel cover and case bolts to give maximum support to your shift shaft. We had a custom needle roller bearing made for the odd 11.6mm shift shaft. It's sealed on both sides to keep the dirt out and keep it moving freely. The integrated sprocket cover can be removed without pulling the whole shift shaft support. Plus, the sprocket cover makes it much easier to clean out mud from the counter shaft sprocket area. The main shift shaft support is anodized silver and the sprocket cover is black. The pocket edges and the BBR logo were machined after anodizing to add contrast and look great. Finally, you get trick new longer titanium bolts to install it.

BBR's new D3 exhaust is the latest generation in BBR's legendary D-Section exhaust systems.
This design incorporates an air-craft quality stainless steel header that has been tuned specifically to optimize performance and power gains.
An all new, lightweight "D" profile muffler is used to drastically reduce weight on all models.
BBR's unique "D" muffler also allows for maximum tire clearance and packing volume.
A lightweight carbon fiber endcap incorporates a chrome "D3" emblem.

TBparts Fork Assembly Set for the CRF110. Our replacement fork set is a bargain considering OEM replacements are over $660 for a set! They also feature a few key upgrades over the factory forks making them better suited for your MX mini! Starting out are the looks, ours come gloss black and have our TB logo cast into them. Next, adding to the adjustability and performance is the length. They are +40mm, over 1.5? longer. The dampening rod has also increased in length so the travel can match at +40mm over 1.5?. Inside the fork they feature HD springs weighted much better for adults who jump at their local Pitbike track. The dampening rods are also ported to match those HD springs so the dampening and rebound is not too fast and bouncy.
